We sell market research data, to businesses only. As such, any legislation designed to cover consumer purchases based on distance selling do not apply to such purchases.  Data is sold on a “as-is” basis, with no warranty for accuracy or completeness. Our liability is limited only to the purchase price. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. No refunds will be given. In the case that a file is received that is corrupted or any concerns about accessing please contact us. We do welcome questions about the assumptions made and typically offer 1 hour of analyst time to accompany the purchase of any report
